Nucleo processes users personal information on a server located in Italy (we may process personal information on a server located outside the country of our users).

In some cases, a part from the Data Controller, other professionals in charge (administrative, marketing, legal staff, for example) or external actors (technical services providers, hosting providers, informatic agencies, communication agencies, for example) may have access to the data. Users have the right to request, at any time, the update list of our Data Controllers.


Apart from what is specified about browsing information, users are free to provide or not their personal data. However, it’s important to remember that some of our services may not function without these data.


Data are processed at the premises of the Nucleo (Via Vittorio Andreis, 18int18S, Torino (TO) – Italy) and at the premises of the web hosting and/or the web agency involved in the management of the Nucleo website. Data are processed exclusively by the technical staff employed for the data processing or, if necessary, by technicians responsible for performing occasional maintenance operations.
