The exhibition Paralleli stages a dialogue between two protagonists of the Turin cultural scene,
offering a new perspective on the origins and future trajectories of Italian design.

Spread across three symbolic venues in Pavarolo – the Felice Casorati Studio Museo, Casa Casorati, and the Bell Tower –
the exhibition juxtaposes a selection of furniture and prototypes designed by Felice Casorati in the twentieth century,
drawn from the Casorati Archive and private collections, with unique works and editions by Studio Nucleo,
which for over twenty years has been exploring the boundaries between art and function.

The exhibition highlights Casorati’s pioneering role in the field of applied arts and furniture design, recognizing his contribution to the birth of Italian design.
In parallel, Studio Nucleo’s works demonstrate how, since the early 2000s,
Robino’s atelier has legitimized collectable design in museum contexts, bringing unique, non-industrial pieces into institutions,
working with art galleries rather than companies, and positioning itself outside the logic of serial production.
