#SENDMETHEFUTURE
‘In the future we will exchange projects and print with the 3D what we need. We will have lost the manual ability
to work the material and produce waste, but we will fight to not lose the heritage of our species.
This is why we have chosen an iconic object such as the drawing square – a by now obsolete creative tool –
manipulating the image with material elements, a multi-hand exchange, for sharing the project.
Because the future is sharing.’

The independent design gallery Subalterno1 reveals a new collective exhibition curated by Stefano Maffei and Marcello Pirovano.
A selection of (almost) one hundred of Italian designers received a mysterious envelope: inside they found the instructions to design
and send their own vision of future.
Founded in 2011 in the middle of Lambrate district, the gallery operates as a research lab of Italian independent design
and it will collects this kaleidoscope of both utopias and dystopias at via Conte Rosso 22, Milan.
