SHIPPING POLICY
The kit will typically be shipped the day after the purchase is made, using a tracked service.
Estimated delivery times once the kit has been shipped:
ITA: delivery in 2/5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) subject to customs formalities at the Principal Locations.
EU: delivery in 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) subject to customs formalities at the Principal Locations.
US/Canada: delivery in 5/10 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) subject to customs formalities at the Principal Locations.
RoW: delivery in 10/15 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) subject to customs formalities at the Principal Locations.
Attention!
The carrier will try to deliver your pack at the address you gave us. If he can’t find you at the first delivery your product will lie for 10 days at your address’s nearest postal office.
We warmly recommend you to go and pick up the package in 10 days, otherwise, the pack will come back to our facility, and we will have to add you extra costs for the extra delivery.
REFUD POLICY
Returns:
We can refund you if you let us know within 14 days of purchase. From notifying us you then have 14 days to return the kit to us. Once we’ve received it we will refund you. After 30 days we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a Return:
Your kit must be unused and in the same condition that is was received in. It must be received by us undamaged. The buyer pays the shipping cost and we recommend a tracked service is used.
We only refund the price of the product, not the shipping price.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase and recommend that a return shipping receipt is retained too.

Defective or damaged kit:
We can only replace the kit if it is defective or damaged. We need proof of damage with pictures of packaging and pictures of the damaged parts themselves.
